Data Sheet FAQs

What is the difference between a PDS and an SDS?

A product data sheet (PDS) describes the product, its uses and its material properties. A safety data sheet (SDS) covers hazards, handling, storage and first aid. Two-part resins have a separate SDS for Part A and Part B.

Which resin saturates QuakeWrap® carbon and glass fabrics?

QuakeBond™ 300SR. Each fabric data sheet says the fabric is saturated in the field with 300SR. The 401HCR data sheet says it can also be used as a saturant for QuakeWrap® fabrics.

Which adhesive bonds the carbon laminate strips?

QuakeBond™ 220UR, according to the L50C and GU50C data sheets.

What fills the annular space in a PileMedic® jacket?

The data sheets list QuakeBond™ 320LV epoxy, alone or as a binder for sand or aggregate, and PileMedic® UW Grout, a washout-resistant underwater cement grout. PileMedic® UW Grout Additive reduces washout of cement and mortar placed underwater.

Do you make products that are not listed here?

Yes. The data sheet library covers the most commonly used products. QuakeWrap® also designs and manufactures custom products for specific project requirements.
