Reinforcement and Repair of Structural Columns
U.S. Patent 9,890,546. Issued Feb. 13, 2018. Mohammad Reza Ehsani
Reinforcing bars inside a PileMedic® jacket are anchored into the slab, floor or beams above and below, so the repaired column or pile has a moment-resisting connection. QuakeWrap's cell phone tower repair, with bars anchored into the foundation, is based on this patent.

Buckling Reinforcement for Structural Members
U.S. Patent 9,719,255. Issued Aug. 1, 2017. Mohammad Reza Ehsani
Converts an ordinary brace into a buckling-restrained brace. The brace gets a bond-inhibiting coat, PileMedic® laminates are wrapped around it at a distance, and the gap is filled with concrete or grout. Intended mainly for seismic retrofit.

TO CONFIRM
More U.S. Patents Naming Prof. Ehsani
[Confirm with QuakeWrap: Google Patents lists these six granted U.S. patents with Mohammad R. Ehsani as inventor, but no QuakeWrap page lists them. Like the patents above (for example 9,376,782, issued to Prof. Ehsani as inventor with no company assignee), they name no company, so the assignee does not decide it. Confirm which QuakeWrap® product each one covers, or remove this section.]
