Manufacturing Capabilities

QuakeWrap® maintains strong manufacturing capabilities that allow us to produce many of our patented infrastructure repair systems either in-house or through carefully selected contract manufacturing partners. This approach enables us to maintain strict quality control while also scaling production efficiently for projects of different sizes. Our facilities and partners manufacture key components for several of our proprietary technologies, including PileMedic® structural laminates and spacers, SPiRe®+ stay-in-place FRP panels, Form-A-Tube® for repair of piles and columns, StifPipe® for repair of pipes and culverts, and other specialized elements used in marine, bridge, and pipeline rehabilitation projects worldwide.

Custom-Fabricated Products

In addition to standard products, QuakeWrap® regularly produces custom-fabricated composite shells and pipe systems using advanced resin infusion technologies. Examples include our StifPipe® structural liners, custom FRP shells for pile and column repair, and specialized tubular systems designed to strengthen pipelines and culverts. These products are manufactured using high-strength glass or carbon fiber reinforcements combined with proprietary fabrication processes that ensure consistent mechanical properties and long-term durability.

Accessories & Special Products

Our manufacturing capabilities also extend beyond FRP composites to include steel fabrication and specialty structural components. Systems such as ShearWrap® and ShearClamps® are fabricated to precise specifications for strengthening reinforced concrete structures. In addition, QuakeWrap® has designed and manufactured unique custom components for specialized applications, including lightweight carbon-fiber composite bridges used for rail inspection trolleys and other innovative structural solutions. This combination of composite manufacturing, steel fabrication, and custom engineering allows us to deliver tailored solutions for challenging infrastructure repair projects around the world.
